I do two things: I build AI systems that hold up in organizations with requirements on them, and I help organizations make the decisions that come before the build. They usually belong together.
I build AI systems
Agents and AI services for organizations where the answer has to be defensible afterwards. The guardrails sit in the architecture: classification decides which model may be used, and the boundary is testable — not merely promised.
I assess AI systems
AI Impact Assessment, architecture review and technical due diligence. Before you introduce something, or before you commit to a vendor. The output is a recommendation: go ahead, hold off, or fix these things first.
Public Sector & Procurement
Requirements, governance and procurement — whether you are buying technology or selling it to the public sector. Four years on the buyer's side in a Swedish municipality.
